Shihan Wong Tuang Seng
Shihan Wong Tuang Seng first studied Shitoryu Karate-Do at the Shitoryu Karate Association, Singapore when it was introduced in 1967. After his first experience in an international competition at the First World Union Karate Organization (WUKO) Championship in Tokyo 1970, he travelled to Japan regularly to train under Soke Ken-Ei Mabuni and Kenso Mabuni, both sons of the founder of Shitoryu Karate-Do, Kenwa Mabuni. Shihan Wong is currently the Honorary Chief Instructor of the Association and was appointed in 1977.
